ACT Weekly Newsletter
Newsletters were created and sent out to parents and faculty through email each week using Canva. Featured topics: any donations needed, student celebrations, current productions, showcase of student work, and weekly schedules.




Social Media Marketing
@actatlee is used by Allied Campus Theatre to encourage student engagement in our classes and productions. The goal is to increase enrollment in our classes, build our audiences, and promote the benefits of arts education. Students create content with me in order to reach our target audience of teenagers and their parents in our community.



Production Promotions
I created a promotions list and calendar for our productions and musicals. Allied Campus Theatre works with all of LEE Fine Arts for the musical and the marketing efforts are greater to build our audience for this show. Deliverables include posters, stickers, patches, t-shirts, press releases, reels, and videos.




Program Promotion
I created flyers and videos to promote enrollment in Theatre Arts and Technical Theatre classes. The goal is to increase enrollment while ensuring students are selecting the correct course number on their course selection sheets. Videos and information was pushed out through the newsletter, Instagram, and to the campus video announcements called LEE TV.
